I don't buy a lot of Christmas records, but I reckon Gazelle Twin had to be worth the risk. And I was right. Two fascinatingly dark arrangements here, and if you're wondering about Silent Night, well, just imagine what it would sound like if Scott Walker got a hold of it. Oh, and Gaudete doesn't sound like the song Steeleye Span sung.
